PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

All prices stated are in euros and include the statutory value added tax and other price components, plus shipping costs if applicable. The shipping costs are again clearly communicated to the customer in the shopping basket system and on the order page.

From a value of 40.00 EUR, deliver within Germany free of shipping costs. Within the EU, to the UK, Switzerland and Norway we deliver free of shipping costs with “DHL Packet” from a value of goods of 70.00 EUR. If you choose “DHL Express”, free shipping is not possible.

You have the option to decide the payment method Stripe, PayPal, credit card.

If you pay by credit card, your account will be debited upon delivery of the goods.

The contractual relationship between PayPal and its customers is governed exclusively by PayPal's terms of use.

Further taxes or additional costs do not apply.

SHIPPING WITH DHL PACKET

2 Kg Packet
For the delivery and packaging costs within Germany, we charge 4.90 EUR. Deliveries within the EU will be charged with 12,90 EUR. Deliveries to the remaining European countries (UK / Switzerland / Norway) are charged with 18.90 EUR.

2 – 5 Kg Packet
For the delivery and packaging costs within Germany, we charge 7.90 EUR. Deliveries within the EU will be charged with 17,90 EUR. Deliveries to the remaining European countries (UK / Switzerland / Norway) are charged with 27.90 EUR.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer, delivery in Germany will be made within 2-5 business days after receipt of the order. The delivery time to other countries, within the EU as well as UK, Switzerland, Norway and third countries is country-specific when selecting DHL standard to the current standard delivery time of DHL. You can find this out on the DHL website.

For entrepreneurs, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover. In the case of mail order purchase, the risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier or other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment.

RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until the purchase price has been paid in full.
